About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned tech business as a People Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting directly to a dynamic P&C Director. Working with senior leaders, you'll drive values-aligned initiatives and partner closely with the business to enhance engagement, diversity, and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive people initiatives that align with company values and foster a culture of autonomy, transparency, and genuine connection.
- Provide strategic advice on employee relations, talent, and leadership development, and facilitate team-specific engagement and development programs.
- Champion diversity, wellbeing, and people-first initiatives, and support a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, with a strong understanding of employee relations and talent development.
- Experience within tech or startup/scale-up environments is highly desirable, with a strong network of contacts and relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
