Your role will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and people programs across the employee lifecycle, supporting business growth, development, and engagement. As a trusted business partner, you will leverage your skills and experience in organisational design, change management, and employee relations to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders in Customer and Technology to drive business outcomes.
  • Leverage your expertise in organisational transformation and change programs to support strategic initiatives.
  • Lead end-to-end people programs across the portfolio, including engagement surveys, listening sessions, and action planning.
  • Support and drive people initiatives aligned to business priorities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with line managers to provide HR advisory services.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a business partnering capacity.
  • Experience in corporate and operational environments, driving positive people outcomes in complex settings.
  • Project coordination/management, consulting, and supporting strategic HR practices/projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and handle ambiguity and complexity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
