About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team in Melbourne, Victoria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing and selling Workforce Management solutions to the business sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunting new clients and following up inbound sales enquiries
  • Closing deals and attending networking events and trade shows
  • Feeding back to the business on emerging market opportunities

About You:

  • Experience working in a Software Sales, Enterprise Software Sales or SaaS Sales role is highly advantageous
  • Positive, 'can do' attitude and plenty of energy; proactive, motivated, and prepared to show initiative
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills
  • Good time management skills, with a strong ability to multi-task and prioritise
