Respite Care Worker Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Respite Care Worker at our Terrey Hills facility.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to older adults in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide person-centred care to guests, including personal grooming, medication supervision, and social support
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • To maintain accurate records of guest care and services provided

Requirements:
  • No formal qualification is necessary, however, Certificate III Individual Support is an advantage
  • First Aid certificate desirable
  • Empathy and compassion are essential
