Fresh Trading Manager Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Fresh Trading Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, cost control, and rostering requirements.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop and inspire your team, ensuring a great place to work at our store's Fresh Departments.

The ideal candidate will have direct leadership experience, be proactive in driving continuous improvement, and able to influence effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated direct leadership experience with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve sales growth and cost control objectives.
  • Proactive approach to driving continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
  • Able to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
