Fresh is a creative studio. We print at scale, activate at events, and keep the culture sharp.

Overview

We are expanding at speed and are looking for a legend to take Fresh into new markets. This isn't a sit-behind-the-desk sales role. You'll be on the phone, on email, and on the road making friends, closing deals, and making Fresh the go-to for bulk orders and event activations. When we say deals, this includes selling services from our own stable as much as well as trading our resources for growth and exposure opportunities. No tree unshaken, no stone unturned.

What You'll Do
  • Prospect and cold call potential clients (agencies, festivals, brands, corporates)
  • Send outbound emails and follow-ups using Fresh templates + your own flair
  • Present Fresh services in-person at client sites, events, and activations
  • Build a pipeline of bulk orders ($10k+ deals) and recurring accounts
  • Identify sponsorship/event partnership opportunities and pitch Fresh
  • Track all activity and deals in CRM (simple, transparent, accountable)
  • You will be paid to hit your budgets and incentivised to exceed them
What We're Looking For
  • High agency
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound (calls, emails and meetings daily)
  • Confident presenting face-to-face and closing in the room
  • Self-motivated, resilient, loves a chase
  • Valid driver's license (travel required across Sydney + Australia)
What We're Not Looking For
  • Someone to babysit

  • Base salary: $60-$70k + super (depending on experience)
  • Commission structure: % of gross margin above budget
