Responsibilities
Building and growing strong partnerships with host employers across a variety of trades.
Supporting apprentice placement and re-placement to ensure a seamless experience.
Promoting the full suite of ATEC's GTO and RTO services to schools, employers and community stakeholders.
Representing ATEC at events, expos, and career days to champion trades and apprenticeships.
Supporting strategic planning through market insights and industry knowledge.
A fully maintained ATEC vehicle is provided as part of this role
You'll be based at our Ottoway office but will be out and about building networks, making connections, and flying the ATEC flag.
Qualifications
Has experience in sales, recruitment, employment services, or similar.
Is comfortable engaging with businesses, schools and community groups.
Can juggle multiple priorities and thrives in a relationship focused role.
Ideally has experience within the GTO, RTO, or vocational training sectors (but not essential).
Is tech savvy and confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Holds a Certificate IV in Business, Sales, or a related field (desirable but not essential)
Holds a current driver's licence and Working with Children clearance (or be willing to obtain)
