Business Development ManagerLocation: Sydney (On the road + in-office mix)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout Fresh TeesFresh is a creative studio.
We print at scale, activate at events, and keep the culture sharp.OverviewWe are expanding at speed and are looking for a legend to take Fresh into new markets.
This isn't a sit-behind-the-desk sales role.
You'll be on the phone, on email, and on the road making friends, closing deals, and making Fresh the go-to for bulk orders and event activations.
When we say deals, this includes selling services from our own stable as much as well as trading our resources for growth and exposure opportunities.
No tree unshaken, no stone unturned.What You'll DoProspect and cold call potential clients (agencies, festivals, brands, corporates)Send outbound emails and follow-ups using Fresh templates + your own flairPresent Fresh services in-person at client sites, events, and activationsBuild a pipeline of bulk orders ($10k+ deals) and recurring accountsIdentify sponsorship/event partnership opportunities and pitch FreshTrack all activity and deals in CRM (simple, transparent, accountable)You will be paid to hit your budgets and incentivised to exceed themWhat We're Looking ForHigh agencyComfortable with high-volume outbound (calls, emails and meetings daily)Confident presenting face-to-face and closing in the roomSelf-motivated, resilient, loves a chaseValid driver's license (travel required across Sydney + Australia)What We're Not Looking ForSomeone to babysitWhat We OfferBase salary: $60-$70k + super (depending on experience)Commission structure: % of gross margin above budgetA culture that values hustle, creativity, and qualityTransport (Van, allowances, or reimbursements)We\'re hiring for DNA.
