About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Specialist to join our Advertising Sales team at News Corp Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our company's growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to specific major accounts.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key decision-makers, influencers, and pain points within each account.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall organisational goals and objectives.
  • Utilise consultative selling techniques to uncover client needs and position products or services as solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and take proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles.
  • Proactively engage with key stakeholders within assigned accounts to build and maintain strong relationships.
