As a Strategic Account Development Specialist at NCS Australia, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth opportunities for our clients in the government and public sector. With a strong background in consultative sales and account management, you will be responsible for partnering with clients to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions that meet their objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with complex enterprise and government clients. You will have a deep understanding of the cloud, digital transformation, application modernisation, data and AI spaces, and be able to drive complex bids, RFPs and RFQs.

A key aspect of this role is identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts and creating compelling sales proposals and tender responses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to position ourselves and the NCS team as trusted advisors to our clients.
