Strategic Partnership Manager Role

We are seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team and leverage their strategy consulting expertise to structure and lead workstreams, develop compelling analyses, and manage client engagements.

This role involves close collaboration with clients in small teams to meet project deliverables, driving results through effective communication and analytical skills.

About the Job

The Strategic Partnership Manager will be responsible for working closely with executive teams and boards to clarify and accelerate future plans for private, not-for-profit, and public sector clients. They will also define and adapt direction and strategy for these teams, identifying and clarifying priorities, aligning efforts with aspirations, and measuring performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives
  2. Lead small to mid-sized engagements with senior team support to deliver high-quality results
  3. Identify information sources, gather and interpret data, and present findings to stakeholders
  4. Foster collaborative workshop environments to achieve desired outcomes
Requirements
  • Approx. 5+ years of strategy consulting experience at a leading management consulting firm
  • IDEAL MBA or relevant Masters degree with outstanding achievements
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure analyses efficiently and communicate complex ideas effectively
