We are seeking a skilled Events Coordinator to oversee the coordination of weddings, conferences, and private events at our stunning winery.

The Role:
  • Manage contracts, booking forms, and client correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to coordinate seamless event execution.
  • Create and distribute detailed run sheets and event orders.
  • Conduct site inspections and host prospective clients on venue tours.
  • Process deposits and payments in line with contract terms.
  • Maximise revenue opportunities through yield management and special event creation.
  • Collaborate with kitchen, front-of-house, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Assist in coordinating special event days.
  • Attend industry events, expos, and sales meetings to promote the venue.
