**SENSAS **is a unique immersive activity, where teams of 4 to 60 go through **Sensory Labs**:

- including in complete darkness - to put their senses to the test and face their fears taking on original and fun challenges they have never seen before.

We are dedicated to bringing joy and a unifying time to our guests during a two-hour activity that is available seven days a week.

But it does not stop here.

By surpassing themselves, our guests collect a number of **SENSAS Charms **which will be converted into a donation that **SENSAS **makes for its partner charity supporting people with disabilities.

**SENSAS **is proud to combine a strongly interactive and fun activity that raises awareness, with real actions through donations.

**HERE'S THE EXCITING BIT**

**SENSAS **has been very successful since its launch in 2015 in France, and we now operate dozens of venues internationally.

SENSAS Melbourne is searching for their Event Manager, to provide the best experience to our guests, lead our team of 5 to 7 “Master of Senses” and grow the business forward.

**As the Event Manager, you will directly report to SENSAS founders and the Fever Project manager, and be responsible for**:

- As the A-leader of SENSAS Melbourne, recruiting, training and inspiring your team composed of enthusiastic Master of Senses.
- Optimizing the company’s process in order to be the most efficient.
- Guaranteeing our venue will always be a safe & welcoming place to visit and work in.
- Building and maintaining great relationships with guests, companies, influencers, journalists, suppliers and partners (i.e. our partner local charity).
- Growing the business by attracting new B2B & B2C customers, ensuring the utmost satisfaction and a consistent word of mouth.
- Reinforcing SENSAS Melbourne position in order to accelerate the opening of new venues in Australia.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

We are looking for a natural born leader with proven experience in the hiring and management of A-players teams and proven track records having successfully built a business unit in the entertainment or leisure industries. You possess great interpersonal and communication skills and are often presented as friendly and enthusiastic. Your energy must drive targeted demographics to come to SENSAS whilst steadily delivering an unparalleled experience to them.

You need to be comfortable representing SENSAS in Australia, and be the voice of the SENSAS Group and its founders in the country.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
