We have over 15 years experience and pride ourselves on offering all our customers an exceptional experience that they will relish and remember for time to come.

We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated, experienced Wedding / Function Coordinator to join our award winning team in our head office (Yarra Glen). For an immediate start.

This role will include the organisation and running of weddings/functions from start to finish, including sales, planning and operations.
- Experience in either the planning and running of events, hospitality or sales.
- A passion for offering exceptional customer service in the hospitality and events space.
- Have a can do attitude and be able to show initiative to get tasks done to deadlines.
- Thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Be a team player, and also capable of working autonomously.
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Be well presented and have a friendly, professional manner at all times.

This role includes weekend/evening work (as this is when the majority of our functions and events take place).

We are seeking someone for an immediate start (taking notice periods into consideration).

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yarra Glen, VIC 3775: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Function/Wedding Coordinating: 3 years (required)
