We are an award-winning, boutique event management agency with teams located in Melbourne & the Gold Coast. We are looking for a dynamic, authentic, and hardworking Event Specialist with expertise across complex, large-scale events (live, hybrid and/or virtual). Someone who has an abundance of event experience and fits in with our down-to-earth culture. A person who is passionate about making memorable moments for our clients. This a full-time position with an annual salary of $65,000 to $80,000 (negotiable) plus superannuation on offer.

**ABOUT YOU**

- You possess excellent logistics and management skills - making sure the events will go smoothly from concept design and creation, technical support and audio visual, venue and staff management, ticketing, speaker and sponsor management
- As a leader, you are a pragmatic decision maker who effectively prioritises the work while fostering an engaging environment for your team to thrive. You balance this with a laser sharp focus on achieving client objectives
- You display a passion for learning - challenging yourself and taking on feedback to continuously grow both personally and professionally

**THE ASK**
- Relevant Diploma qualifications or equivalent work experience
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar role
- Diverse experience in the delivery of live (conferences, galas, exhibitions) and virtual events for corporate and private clients. The right person has experience in 2 or more of these examples
- Strong capability in venue, audio-visual and food & beverage vendor procurement and management
- Experience in partner & sponsorship acquisition, including the curation of relevant documentation (e.g. partner packs, prospectus documentation)
- Understanding of digital event marketing campaigns
- High-level expertise with all the usual ‘tech’ (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Canva)
- Some experience preferred in the atest collaboration, planning and event/marketing tools (e.g. Monday,Slack, Deputy, Asana, Marketo, Slido), along with an understanding of virtual event platforms (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, Accelevents, CVent, etc)
- Understanding of OH&S policy & procedures including COVID Safe plans

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- SOUTH YARRA, VIC 3141: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
