Zonzo Estate is a multi award winning venue, set on 300 stunning acres in the heart of the Yarra Valley and operates as a winery, restaurant and wedding venue.

We are currently seeking a reliable & dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

The role is perfect for someone who has a genuine interest in the hospitality and events industry and may be looking to take a step up in their career.

This role involves working closely with our Restaurant and Function Managers to oversee the running of the Restaurant and events held at Zonzo.

**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Overseeing all tasks for Restaurant/Function set up are completed to a high standard.
- Adequately delegating any appropriate tasks to other employees with regard to the set up, running and pack down of wedding events and all other functions and restaurant service.
- Ensuring all weddings and functions are run to a very high standard.
- Supervising restaurant service and assisting in delegating tasks to appropriate staff members.
- Assisting Management in the training and development of staff.
- Greeting clients and suppliers
- Occasionally you may be required to conduct site visits for potential weddings/functions.

This is a full time position, with weekend work and nights required (as these are our main trading days.)

**We are seeking someone with the following skills and experience**:

- Previous hospitality experience is required.
- Previous experience running/working events and functions is required.
- Excellent communication skills
- Someone that is capable of working autonomously to get things done, but can also work as part of a team and delegate tasks.
- A current RSA
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment and under pressure.
- Ability to multitask
- Is a people person, and loves providing excellent customer service
- Someone that has excellent problem solving skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yarra Glen, VIC 3775: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
