Overview of the Role:

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence.

You will also assist the warehouse team with administrative tasks and stock take functions, prioritizing and processing sales orders and changes efficiently. Ensuring all administration tasks are completed within requirements is crucial to this role.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face interaction, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  • Assist the warehouse team with administrative tasks and stock take functions.
  • Prioritize and process sales orders and changes efficiently.
  • Ensure all administration tasks are completed within requirements.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • High attention to detail and a tidy appearance.
  • Previous experience in a sales or production environment is preferred.
  • Certificate in Business Administration or similar qualification is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is advantageous.
