Key Responsibilities- Greet clients warmly and professionally in person and over the phone, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and patient schedules with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring all relevant information is readily available.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and administrative tasks, providing support to the wider team.
