Aged Care Support Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Support Specialist to join our team, providing high-quality support services that enhance the lives of our residents.

This rewarding role involves:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and nutrition
  • Supporting residents with complex needs, including dementia and physical disabilities
  • Engaging residents in physical and mental health programs, promoting independence and wellbeing
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident health and wellbeing
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families

To succeed in this position, you'll require:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
  • Previous experience working in a caregiving or similar role
  • Strong clinical documentation and computer skills
  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
