ProMelius seeks an Office Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative support in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
About the Role- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive first impression of ProMelius.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and patient schedules with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure seamless billing and invoicing processes.
- Leverage expertise in allied health, including NDIS, DVA, HCP, and WorkCover, to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to drive organisational goals and uphold service excellence standards.
- Prior administration experience in the allied health or medical sector is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in computer systems and software, particularly medical/health software.
