Job Title: Fiscal Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payables, and receivables
  • Process employee expense reimbursements
  • Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Support the preparation of business activity statements (BAS) and end-of-year tax returns
  • Perform payroll processing and associated payments
  • Provide HR support, including new employee onboarding
