Primary Care Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced General Practitioner to join our healthcare team.
You will be responsible for delivering primary medical care to Defence members, assessing their fitness for duty and providing support for their health and wellbeing.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing medical services in accordance with professional standards and legislation.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the shared purpose of maintaining the health and wellbeing of Defence members.
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Medical Practitioner, General in Australia.
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM).
- Minimum of 2 years full-time post graduate general practitioner experience in a general practice setting within the last 5 years.
- Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.
