
Remote Primary Care Nurse

Seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our clinical services team in the Gunbalanya region, providing high-quality primary healthcare to the local community and visitors.
About this Role- You will deliver culturally secure primary care services to the community, collaborating with the healthcare team and contributing to the delivery of a comprehensive primary care service.
- This role requires an understanding of Aboriginal health issues, primary health care principles, and relevant remote health legislation.
As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with the Health Centre Manager, GP, Aboriginal Health Practitioners, and administration staff, as well as working with community engagement workers and a wide range of outreach specialists and service providers.
About You- You must be currently registered with AHPRA and have experience in remote area settings in Australia.
- You will require proven clinical experience and adaptability, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development is essential for success in this role.
We offer a competitive base salary up to $130,000pa + super, penalty rates for overtime and on-call allowances, fares out of Isolated Lands allowance, generous leave entitlements, professional development leave, and relocation assistance.
Fully airconditioned and furnished accommodation with phone, internet, and utilities while attached to the health centre is also available.
