About the Role

The Star Entertainment Group is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our People Operations function, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through effective talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with property leaders to deliver a consistent, efficient, and proactive strategic people agenda aligned with business strategy and goals.
  • Partner closely with each leader to ensure that the People Operations agenda is a priority and that solutions meet the unique needs of their department.
  • Prioritize and partner in building financially sound recommendations, across all aspects of People Operations, that address both immediate and long-term needs.
  • Understand the root cause of leadership needs and gather insights on behalf of the People Operations team to inform the design and roll out of department initiatives.
  • Cultivate leadership capability and performance through coaching, development, and empowerment.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in a People Advisory/Partnering role, with a strong background in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, or Organizational Development.
  • Strong relationship, coaching, influencing, and communication skills to build capability and performance of leadership teams.
  • Demonstrated business partnership experience, driven by a self-starter mindset and an unwavering can-do attitude.
