This Strategic HR Business Partner position is a critical hire for Gough Recruitment AU, and we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering, and a proven track record of implementing HR strategies.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and support workforce planning initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Ensure standards are maintained across the network
  • Continual improvement of office policies and procedures
  • Payroll management

About the Ideal Candidate:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing HR strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of the construction and development industry
