Job Summary

A highly organized and detail-oriented individual is required to coordinate rosters for staff, ensuring a consistent service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, monitoring changes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage rosters in accordance with organizational requirements.
  • Utilize software such as Brevity to create and update schedules, considering factors like worker availability, client preferences, and travel time.
  • Monitor and manage roster changes, including cancellations, rescheduling, and emergency requests, ensuring effective communication between team leaders and stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to roster management, including inputting and updating staff attendance preferences.
  • Ensure accurate timesheets are submitted in a timely manner.
  • Support the payroll process by reconciling timesheets on a fortnightly basis.
  • Maintain daily roster vacancies and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in rostering or staff coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills, preferably in software like Brevity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing environments.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience with Brevity Software is mandatory.
  • Preferably, candidates who have dealt with NDIS arrangements.
  • Must possess police clearance and NDIS check clearance.
  • Must be appropriately vaccinated against Covid-19 and able to provide evidence.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) is necessary.
