
Staff Coordinator

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the coordination of casual, permanent pool, and agency staff to fill vacant nursing and ward clerk shifts. This requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with clinical staff and hospital coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the allocation of staff to meet staffing requirements in a timely manner.
- Liaise with clinical staff and hospital coordinators regarding staffing needs and availability.
- Manage electronic staffing systems, including setup and education of new staff members.
- Provide administrative support to the CRU Manager as required.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in healthcare or similar roles advantageous.
