Medical Staff Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized individual to join our team as a Junior Medical Workforce Coordinator. The role involves managing a portfolio of clinical areas, advertising, interviewing and appointing staff, on-boarding, contract preparation, rotation preferencing, payroll/timesheet management, and supporting units with roster building.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large number of staff, including junior and senior medical staff, recruiting and appointing staff using applicable HR principles, developing efficient office work processes, and supporting units with roster building for junior medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple clinical areas, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between teams.
- Recruit, interview, and appoint suitable candidates for various roles, adhering to HR guidelines and company policies.
- Develop and implement efficient office workflows, streamlining processes to enhance productivity and reduce administrative burdens.
- Collaborate with units to build rosters for junior medical staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing gaps in service delivery.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in staffing recruitment, appointment processes, and HR practices.
- Familiarity with relevant systems, including HR, rostering, and payroll software.
- Ability to develop and maintain efficient office work processes, enhancing overall productivity and employee satisfaction.
