About The Role

In this exciting opportunity with Chandler Macleod, you will support the team in facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk recruitment campaigns. This will involve participating on the panel to interview candidates, conducting visa checks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, managing the onboarding process, and performing general administrative tasks.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have recent experience in supporting bulk recruitment processes, handling a high volume of administrative tasks, managing communications with candidates and agencies, and overseeing onboarding procedures. You will also bring:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative role along with an understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at different levels
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A high degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating the recruitment process for bulk recruitment campaigns
  • Participating on the panel to interview candidates
  • Conducting visa checks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Managing the onboarding process, including preparing onboarding materials and facilitating new hire orientations
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including maintaining candidate files and updating databases
