The RoleAs the Engagement Coordinator at Mai-Wel, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and community engagement efforts. Reporting to the Community Engagement Specialist, you will support the engagement team to promote services, manage new service enquiries, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
You will be the key link between the service delivery team and the community, ensuring that services meet the highest standards and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Enquiries: Oversee and respond to new service and support referrals, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the service delivery team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain a deep understanding of NDIS plans, pricing frameworks, and service agreements.
- Contract Management: Prepare and manage participant contracts, ensuring compliance with funder requirements and maintaining accurate records.
- Build Relationships: Proactively follow up with clients and partners to sustain ongoing relationships and promote Mai-Wel's services.
- Community Engagement: Support sector events, maintain visitation schedules, and promote Mai-Wel's activities to increase visibility and engagement.
- Brand Champion: Advocate for and uphold the Mai-Wel brand, ensuring consistency and quality in all interactions and communications.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, marketing, communications, sales, or events.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills, with a solution-focused and agile mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of NDIS pricing, plans, and the framework.
- A Certificate IV or Diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
