About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Trust In Soft. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and positive leadership to ensure seamless collaboration within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the effectiveness of intake systems and referral pathways for young people accessing our services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruit and manage clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Assess and provide psychological interventions to young people, including conducting triage, assessments, and coordinating therapeutic interventions.
  • Oversee outreach services and identify strategies for service improvement.
  • Promote a young person-centred approach and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to engage, assess, treat, and rehabilitate young people.
Requirements
  • Tertiary degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
  • Substantial work experience in child and adolescent mental health settings.
  • Maintain membership of relevant professional associations.
  • Demonstrated evidence-based clinical skills in assessment and working with young people and their families/carers.
  • Ability to advocate for improved accessibility for young people across multiple service systems.
  • Effective leadership and multi-disciplinary teamwork skills in managing risk within a youth mental health setting.
  • Ability to develop, manage, and monitor performance outcomes for programs and activities.
