Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Stellar Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet by planning and coordinating maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master Data Management: Take ownership of our fleet's master data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Shutdown Planning: Manage shutdowns efficiently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and schedule targets.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Provide SAP component forecasts to stakeholders and assist in crafting and reporting asset budgets.
  • FMECA and Condition Monitoring: Contribute to the creation and updates of Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analyses, and leverage asset health and condition monitoring to refine and enhance the long-term plan.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the fleet pre-servicer, short-term planner, and team leaders to drive seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Trade Certificate III in Engineering, Fixed and Mobile Plant Mechanic, and Heavy Industry Experience (mining experience highly regarded).
  • Tech Savvy: Proven experience with computerised maintenance management systems and a strong grasp of SAP, MS Project, and Excel.
  • Experience: Prior role experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating expertise and readiness.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively convey ideas and plans.
