This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Stellar Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet by planning and coordinating maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities- Master Data Management: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date master data for our fleet, ensuring that all relevant information is readily available for planning and decision-making.
- Shutdown Planning: Plan and coordinate shutdowns to ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to operations.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Provide accurate forecasts and budgets for maintenance activities, ensuring that we are well-prepared for future needs.
- FMECA and Condition Monitoring: Develop and maintain Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analyses (FMECA) and condition monitoring programs to identify and mitigate potential risks to our fleet.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including the fleet pre-servicer, short-term planner, and team leaders, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Qualifications: Trade Certificate III in Engineering, Fixed and Mobile Plant Mechanic, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Tech Savvy: Proven experience with computerized maintenance management systems and a strong grasp of SAP, MS Project, and Excel.
- Experience: Prior role experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating expertise and readiness for this role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and plans.
