Job Title: Enterprise Growth Specialist
Job Description:This role involves driving business expansion by identifying potential clients and generating new sales opportunities. You will play a key part in establishing relationships with target clients, providing support to both customers and our team, and setting the stage for successful sales interactions through outreach efforts.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, passionate about sales, and eager to apply their skills in a dynamic environment. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Responsibilities:
- Sales: Understand market demand, enable and educate the sales force, and directly support the sales team to win new business.
- Relationship Building: Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads through lead-generation activities and cold-calling.
- Client Knowledge: Build rapport through strategic outreach and maintain well-rounded client and industry knowledge.
- Collaboration: Work with team members and Sales Executives to pursue opportunities and recommend follow-up actions.
- Growth and Development: Continuously improve individually and as a team, staying proactive and motivated.
- Attend scheduled virtual meetings on camera.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Use required digital collaboration tools.
- Prioritize and manage workflows and deadlines effectively.
