Enterprise IT Support Professional

As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice and guidance on IT infrastructure and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot servers, storage, software, and batch job flows to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in disaster recovery exercises and major incident response efforts.
- Develop and implement standard processes to improve efficiency and automation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 1 year of relevant experience or High School diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience.
- Proven experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix), Microsoft Office tools, and strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Storage Area Network (SAN) infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
