The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Clinic Co-ordinator. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to clinic performance and provide exceptional client service, ensuring a positive experience for all our valued customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Book and confirm appointments using our online schedule tool to ensure seamless coordination of client sessions.
  • Determine client entitlement to government funding assistance and health fund rebates, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Follow up with existing clients to encourage renewal of maintenance programs, promoting ongoing support and care.
  • Perform hearing screening checks, leveraging comprehensive training provided to deliver accurate results.
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Your Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments is essential.
  • Experience working with older demographics is preferred, showcasing your ability to connect with diverse clients.
  • You possess strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy to support clients throughout their hearing journey.
  • A Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification demonstrates your commitment to professional development.
  • Computer literacy skills enable you to navigate our systems efficiently, streamlining your workflow.
  • A current valid visa to work in Australia ensures compliance with relevant regulations.
