Workforce Planning & Reporting Lead (Aged Care)

About the Role

We are seeking a Workforce Planning & Reporting Lead (Aged Care) to join our team at Calvary. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workforce plans that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain capacity plans for operational teams, including FTE, productivity measures, and forecasted staffing changes.
  • Audit rosters and requested changes to assess compliance with regulatory and workforce models, funding and budgets.
  • Review Aged Care Quarterly Financial Reporting data and liaise with finance and data teams as required, to gain required approvals and sign off.
  • Provide advice and strategic insights to National Executive Advisor Aged Care for operational delivery.
  • Develop knowledge material and provide training to required team members and stakeholders on processes and services developed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable data analysis, process mapping and insights generation skills, and the ability to communicate these effectively to business stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in workforce planning and applying workforce analytics methodologies to solve complex business challenges and drive operational improvements.
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong and credible internal and external relationships and ensure a customer focus at all times.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in an analyst/reporting position, supporting the delivery of strategic/operational programs.
