">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst - Data Insights Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing data insights to contribute to the optimisation of our workforces, customer experience, and enabling business leaders to make data-driven decisions.
">Your Key Responsibilities

- Source and transform data to help build and run a timely and accurate volume forecast">
- Deliver actionable insights to contribute to the optimisation of our workforces, our customers' experience, and enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions">
- Enable and empower leaders to create a flexible workforce to keep up with the ever-changing needs and expectations of our customers">
- Use data and advance analytics techniques to identify opportunities to innovate, optimise workforces, and processes, and continuously improve">
- Embed workforce planning practices in the businesses we support and provide insights to enable data-driven decision-making">
- Support the development of new analytical solutions and application of advanced techniques">
- Act as a trusted advisor and help to address and solve key business problems">
Your Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- Strong demonstrated experience in data analysis, forecasting, and workforce planning">
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to support with requirements definition, report scope, and planning">
- Experience in predictive modelling, time series forecasting (ARIMA, STL, ETS), A/B testing, spatial analytics, workforce optimisation (linear programming)">
- Display an understanding of quantitative activities such as scenario forecast modelling and workforce analytics to generate actionable value-add insights from complex data">
- Experience with large data sets and data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS">
- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or industry experience (computer science, statistics, mathematics, workforce planning, contact centre, or related disciplines)">
- Possess knowledge of Financial Services industry and/or Banking Operations (highly regarded)">

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
