About the Role
As a Support Specialist, you will be part of our Response Network providing in-person support to individuals who need help. You will work a flexible on-call roster and be compensated for your availability and incident responses.
You will also assist with stakeholder engagement, partnership relations, and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct emergency and non-emergency support responses as required
- Nurture partnership relations and engagement
- Provide input to operational procedures and network management
Requirements
- Recent experience in crisis management or mental health sectors
- A strong network of contacts in the local area
- High level of self-awareness and motivation
- Ability to set priorities and make quick decisions
