We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional support services to individuals with disabilities.
About the Role- Support clients with daily living activities, including personal care and transportation.
- Develop and implement personalized behavior support plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe medication administration.
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Relevant certifications, such as C3 in Disability or Individual Support.
- First aid and CPR certification.
- Competitive hourly rate based on SCHADS Award 2.1 - 2.2.
- Paid training and opportunities for career development.
- 24/7 crisis and incident response support.
We provide services to people with disabilities, young people, and children in out-of-home care, their families, and communities. We believe everyone is equal and deserves respect and dignity.
