Opportunity to gain wider experienceTraining & 24/7 SupportWe are looking for experienced Support Professional to join our team to provide support with challenging behaviors.We help people with disability become more independent, in their own homes and the community.Active support: develop personal interests, provide personal care, transportation and coach independent living skillsHealth support:administer and document medication and follow health support plansPositive behaviour support:managebehaviour triggers and escalationSafeguarding:ensure safety of you and the participant, documentation and reportsAbout youDemonstrated motivation to work with people with disabilityExperience working as a support professional in a challenging environmentKnowledge and understanding of behaviour support plansManage and escalate challenging behavioursFlexible with sleepover shiftsC3 in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent is preferredAvailable to fulfill a rotating roster including weekends and overnights NDIS Worker Check National Police CheckFull Unrestricted NT Driver's licenseFirst aid and CPR certificateFor more information, please click here.
