Immediate Care Coordinator Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We're shaping the future of workplace wellbeing by providing timely support to individuals in need.

As a key member of our Response Network, you'll provide in-person assistance to our members who require aid.

Your role involves working with our Support Centre to coordinate responses and ensure effective communication.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site support to our members in critical situations
  • Work closely with our Support Centre to coordinate responses and ensure seamless communication
  • Nurture partnership relations, engagement, and training within the network
  • Conduct emergency and non-emergency support responses as required
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Recent or current experience in Australia within emergency services, military, and/or security-related work
  • A strong network of contacts in the local area
  • A high level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management
  • The ability to set priorities, act on key issues, and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity
