Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to support our team in delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred services. This leadership role involves overseeing operations during critical evening and weekend periods, ensuring client safety, wellbeing, and continuity of care across crisis and supported accommodation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support after-hours and caretaker staff, including rostering and supervising support workers.
- Respond to emergencies such as incidents, de-escalations, and first aid situations.
- Write clear handover notes and report incidents or changes in risk.
- Help with training, onboarding, and performance reviews of team members.
- Identify and report building safety or maintenance issues and follow up with contractors.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Homelessness and residential setting.
- Driver's Licence.
- Working With Children's Check (Employee).
