About Us

We provide support for people with disabilities to become more independent in their own homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop personal interests, provide personal care, transportation, and coach independent living skills through active support
  • Administer and document medication, follow health support plans, and provide health support
  • Manage behavior triggers and escalation, ensure safety, and maintain accurate documentation and reports through positive behavior support
  • Ensure the safety of yourself and the participant through safeguarding practices
About You:
  • Demonstrated motivation to work with people with disability
  • Experience working as a support professional in challenging environments
  • Knowledge and understanding of behavior support plans
  • Ability to manage and escalate challenging behaviors
  • Flexibility with sleepover shifts, including weekends and overnights
Requirements:
  • C3 in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent preferred
  • NDIS Worker Check, National Police Check, and Full Unrestricted NT Driver's license required
  • First aid and CPR certificate necessary
