We are seeking an organized and motivated office manager to oversee the daily operations of our office.

Our office is a small team based in Brisbane. We're a young, tech-savvy group who believe in collaboration, entrepreneurship, passion, and fun.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, order supplies, manage vendors, and liaise with suppliers and staff across a global team.
- Develop and implement new administrative systems and provide support to the management team.
Requirements
- Experience in office management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team environment.
- Confidentiality and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Business or Business Administration qualification.
- Familiarity with accounts and vendor management.
- Knowledge of payment systems and/or related financial services.
- High technical knowledge of Microsoft Suite products.
