Job Description:
A part-time opportunity exists for an Administrative Operations Specialist to provide exceptional support across a variety of tasks in a dynamic school environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support and advice on a diverse range of matters, developing and/or administering processes and procedures, monitoring service delivery, facilitating work to meet deadlines and commitments, and supervising and training support staff as required.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have provided a wide variety of administrative and operational support, coordinated tasks to meet deadlines and commitments, advised on administrative tasks and processes, driven process improvements, understood compliance within a school, delivered on relevant legislation, policy and procedures, led and supported administrative staff, and ensured their smooth onboarding and effective training for optimal performance.
