We are seeking an experienced customer support specialist to join our Distributed Brands Wholesale Operations team.

This exciting opportunity involves supporting customers through various wholesale channels, providing first-class customer experience and resolving queries in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer inquiries via Zendesk and phone calls
  • Entering customer orders with high accuracy
  • Running and actioning EDI daily for timely communication
  • Maintaining high first response times
  • Escalating support requests for timely resolution
  • Collaborating with the team to prioritize customer needs
  • Identifying areas for process improvement
  • Adapting to multiple brands and wholesale businesses/accounts

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles or data entry
  • Affiliation with our core values and 'Make It Happen' attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
  • Computer skills (typing speed > 60 words per minute and MS Office)
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with Zendesk & AP21 is desirable
