
Experienced Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced customer support specialist to join our Distributed Brands Wholesale Operations team.
This exciting opportunity involves supporting customers through various wholesale channels, providing first-class customer experience and resolving queries in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer inquiries via Zendesk and phone calls
- Entering customer orders with high accuracy
- Running and actioning EDI daily for timely communication
- Maintaining high first response times
- Escalating support requests for timely resolution
- Collaborating with the team to prioritize customer needs
- Identifying areas for process improvement
- Adapting to multiple brands and wholesale businesses/accounts
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles or data entry
- Affiliation with our core values and 'Make It Happen' attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
- Computer skills (typing speed > 60 words per minute and MS Office)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with Zendesk & AP21 is desirable
