About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

This position involves providing frontline technical support to clients in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include handling escalated technical issues via phone and email, troubleshooting customized applications, logging and tracking incidents using internal systems, escalating complex issues as needed, and helping improve support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot customized applications
  • Log and track incidents using internal systems
  • Escala complex issues as needed
  • Help improve support processes
  • Buid product knowledge to support internal training and documentation

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizen ideally with a current Baseline Security Clearance
  • Confident working across desktop apps and Systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication
  • Comfortable working a rotating 7am–7pm roster

What We Offer:

  • Long-term contract through to September 2026
  • Start dates as soon as Clearances are approved
