
Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking experienced and skilled professionals to join our team as Customer Support Specialists. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
About the Role:
This is a multi-skilled role that involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, updating and maintaining databases, processing orders, filing, printing, and scanning documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for booking video conferences and performing other ad hoc duties as required.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve communication.
- Update and maintain internal databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Process orders and manage inventory to meet customer demands.
- Filing, printing, and scanning documents to ensure efficient record-keeping.
- Book and coordinate video conferences to facilitate remote meetings.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a customer service/administration role is essential.
- Computer literacy to intermediate/advanced level, including proficiency in Excel, MS Office suite, and internet applications.
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work within a high-volume, team environment.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
- Good written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem-solving and exercising judgment.
