Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to manage our high-volume repair facilities. You will drive a strong service culture, responding effectively to customers and supporting the service and repair team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a customer-focused environment with expertise in insurance and/or automotive industries being highly desirable.

About the Role

  • Provide timely customer contact and effective follow-through communications
  • Book repairs and assist with schedule management
  • Actively participate in production meetings
  • Liaise with centralized functions, suppliers, and assessors
  • Timely and accurate data entry and record maintenance
  • General reception and office administration duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 software packages and cloud-based databases
  • Claims management database skills (I-Body advantageous)
